Assembly

    After many years of working primarily on piece parts, we have evolved and now include assemble of our, or customer furnished, piece parts to an upper assembly level.

     Some advantages of having us do the assemble work are:

* Finding design flaws prior to assembly.

* Reduce cost by controlling part interface features to reduce assembly time.

* Controlled assembly cost with a firm fixed assemble price.

   The thumbnails on this page are just a few examples of the assemblies we have done in the past.   

     All of our assembly work is done in our controlled clean room. The clean room is carefully monitored to control the customers specifications for temperature and humidity. Lab coats and latex gloves are required to ensure the area is free of dirt and dust.
